Message from President
ICT, Environment, Manufacturing: Let's Support and Develop the Industrial World of the 21st Century with Excellent Technological Capacity and Sense.
Fukuoka Institute of Technology is always making all the efforts to aim at the realization of
students' satisfactory and pleasant campus life. Our eco-campus with full of flowers and
evergreen has been rewarded with many prizes.
We provide excellent educational and research system, equipment, and facilities in the most advanced technology fields, that are important bases to work actively for the industrial world, as well as in the humanities field, related to social environment that is one of the most important issues in the 21st century. These technology fields include electronics, electrical engineering, intelligent mechanics, life science and technology, and also the ICT fields such as information technology, computer application, communication technology, networking, information system and system management.
We, all the faculty members, make efforts to aim at "supportive education to develop excellent creative technological sense of each student" and "realization of highest rate of job placement". For these purposes, we put great emphasis on "introductory and motivating education to improve students' basic academic abilities" and "career-oriented education to produce the human resources with qualifications", as well as "the advanced professional education corresponding to JABEE" that enables the society to understand objectively our students' abilities acquired.

Aiming at New Technology Development for Supporting and Promoting the Industrial World in the 21st Century.
FIT strongly promotes the collaborative research of new technology development in a close
cooperation with the outside research organizations of more than 140 corporations which are organized as "FIT Techno Club" having a tight relationship with the government and industrial world. We are proud of our programs adopted by MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) as "Supporting Project of Educational & Research Improvement for the Private Universities", and "Strategic University Partnership Supporting Project" in
which FIT, as the representative member of the project, is committed to contribute to community by improving the global environment under the partnership with Kyushu University, Fukuoka Women's University and Seinan Gakuen University.
