1. Hostel-style lodging(Fukuoka Prefectural Socioeducation Center)

Accommodation on double-deckered beds are available at Fukuoka Prefectural Socioeducation Center which is a youth hostel type institution. Each rooms have capacities of eight guests and have neither keys nor bath & toilet. Bath and toilets are in common. The expense is about 10 U.S. dollars per person per night. The food expense is about 10 U. S. dollars per day. The facility is located in the suburb of Fukuoka City and is very modern.

We already closed the application for the reservation of accommodation at Fukuoka Prefectural Socioeducation Centery.

Transportation from the airport or Hakata Station to Fukuoka Prefectural Socioeducation Center

Take a subway train from the airport to Hakata Station. The subway ride will take about five minutes. Walk over to Hakata JR Station and take a local train at 9th plathform on the Sasaguri Line. Get off at Sasaguri station which is the sixth (fourth by Kaisoku) stop from Hakata. Ask to the any one in English how to go to the Fukuoka-ken Sougou Shakaikyouiku Center(Fukuoka Prefectural Socioeducation Centery). You will be able to arrive the center within a 15-minute walk from Sasaguri station.

2. Hotels in the city

If you hope to stay at hotels except for Fukuoka Prefectural Socioeducation Center, you should reserved them by yourself.
