The second ISAAC Congress will be held at Fukuoka Institute of Technology, Fukuoka, Japan, from Monday, August 16th. through Saturday,August 21st., 1999. The registration fee is 100 U.S. dollars and will be collected at the registration desk at FIT starting on the first day. If you wish to purchase the Proceedings, to be published by Kluwer, an extra 200 U.S. dollars can also be paid at this time.
