この経営理念は、全ての教職員が行う教育、研究及び社会貢献等の諸活動における判断基準でもあります。また、全ての教職員は、学生生徒のためになることであれば「Just Do It!（即実行する）」を念頭に置き行動しています。

This management philosophy serves as the guiding principle for all decisions related to education, research, and social contribution activities made by our faculty and staff. Moreover, every member of our institution acts with the mindset of “Just Do It!”—taking immediate action whenever it benefits the students.
